RETURNS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. ALL ARTWORK IS SOLE PROPERTY OF Vecopress LLC

  • If your order contains items that are printed materially different than your final design or on incorrect products, we will reprint those incorrect pieces for you. We will also email you pre-paid shipping labels so that your return doesn’t cost you a dime.
  • If for any reason we try and are unable to reprint those pieces correctly, we will refund you those pieces. We will email you pre-paid shipping labels and you will be refunded upon receipt of your returned items. 

How your money is refunded depends on how you made the original payment.

  • If you paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to your card. If the card you paid with is closed or invalid, the money will still be refunded to your credit card account. (Please allow 48 hours for the refund to process.)
  • If you paid with your bank or PayPal account balance, the money is refunded to your PayPal account. 
  • If you paid using a credit card and your PayPal account balance, the amount paid by credit card is refunded to your card. The remaining amount is refunded to your PayPal account.
  • If you paid with a debit card, the amount is refunded to your debit card. If the refund cannot be applied to your debit card, it will be applied to your PayPal balance.

Refunds to credit or debit cards can take up to 30 days depending on the card company involved.

To return a alphaprint247 product: You must request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before making a return. To obtain an RMA number simply email us at isosa@vecopress.net and request an RMA number. Please be sure to let us know in your email the date of your purchase, what you would like to return and why you want to return it. The RMA number, once received, must be written in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.

What can be returned: Most of the items we sell can be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging. Items to be returned must be in new condition. If there is any noticeable wear, the item(s) simply cannot be returned.

What cannot be returned: No returns will be accepted after 30 days of receipt of purchase. Items that are not in their original packaging cannot be returned. Items with noticeable wear cannot be returned. Items must be in like new condition to be eligible for return.

Returns for refund: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Returns for exchange or store credit: must be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.

Shipping charges for products returned: All shipping charges for returning products to us must be paid by the returnee. We do not reimburse shipping charges.

TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS:

  1. Contact Customer Support to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Please indicate if you want a replacement or a refund.
  2. Write the RMA number in a conspicuous place on the outside of the return parcel.
